Every email carries the legally required unsubscribe link, sender ID, and physical address — automatically, on every send. These are locked; they cannot be removed by an admin or overridden in a template.
Your contact data belongs to your agency. It is scoped to your office, never sold, never shared with other agencies. Data flows only to the delivery and AI providers needed to do the work DataTube was engaged to do.
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. WhatsApp message bodies are encrypted at rest with AES-256. There is no cross-agency contact pool — your office data is yours.
Nothing sends to a customer without a human approval step. SMS items queue for agent approval in the Sylo app. Campaigns require explicit action from a staff member before they send. The system surfaces; humans approve.
Consent is tracked per contact. Records capture when and how consent was given. Unsubscribes are immediate and cannot be overridden. Suppression lists are enforced at the point of queue entry AND again at send time.
